Inner Smile, Self-Touch & Laughter

A Somatic Gratitude Tantra & Taoist Healing Experience

A gentle yet joy-awakening journey into embodiment, emotional harmony, and self-love.

In this nourishing experience, we weave together three powerful yet accessible practices rooted in Taoist and somatic wisdom. Together, they calm the nervous system, soften stored emotions, and awaken joy and vitality from the inside out.

What We’ll Practice

Tao Inner Smile to the Organs
A Taoist meditation using breath, awareness, and a gentle inner smile to harmonize the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and spleen. This practice supports the transformation of stress, fear, anger, grief, and worry into balance, vitality, and ease.

Self-Touch Gratitude Meditation (Non-Sexual)
Slow, intentional self-touch paired with gratitude to help the body feel safe, grounded, and nourished. This practice builds self-trust, releases tension, and anchors presence directly into the body.

Laughter Meditation
A playful, guided practice that invites spontaneous laughter to release emotional heaviness, oxygenate the body, boost mood, and awaken joy. Laughter may begin intentionally and is allowed to grow naturally.
