We are designing SACRED THREAD™ Sunday Service offerings to invite weekly participation. Multi pack options will be coming soon. Give what feels sustainable. Your contribution helps sustain these gatherings. Our goal is to begin offering Sunday Services weekly by the end of Winter.
You are invited to celebrate ushering in the renewal spring teaches us with movement and meditation in connection with others followed by a community potluck.
Together, we will do energy clearing through movement, and we will grow and shine our beautiful light within with a guided meditation. You will be invited to sow a seed of intention as a ritual aligned with the annual cycle of the seasons and a celebration of planting for Spring.
Expect guided movement to clear energy which may include making sound, dance or dance-adjacent embodiments, a short meditation, and potentially a short small group activity followed by a potluck of savory porridge (provided vegetarian, gf, df) with the opportunity to bring a topping to share e.g. nuts/seeds, a prepared vegetable, unsweetened dried fruit, greens, meat, ghee, a whole food ingredient. The meal will be shared with candle light to celebrate the ushering in of more daylight.
Come prepared to move, use your sacred imagination, and be in community.
All ages are welcome.
