Eden Riphenburg
Ecstatic Dance & Embodiment Facilitator
As a certified Personal Trainer, Eden brings a deep understanding of movement, nervous system awareness, and embodied healing into our shared spaces.
Through her ecstatic dance facilitation, Eden bridges science and intuition, guiding participants back into a trusting relationship with their bodies. Her work supports not only physical well-being, but a deeper sense of presence, vitality, and embodied self-awareness.
Eden understands that when we experience pain, trauma, or injury, the body often holds protective patterns long after physical healing has occurred.
Through gentle encouragement, Eden helps people identify and clear these outdated signals, supporting the nervous system in relearning safety, ease, and freedom of movement.

Alan Watson
Spiritual Guide and Community Weaver
Alan is a heart-centered spiritual facilitator devoted to personal growth, collective healing, and conscious connection. His path is not rooted in any single doctrine or tradition, but has unfolded through lived experience, ancestral awareness, time spent in Nature, and openness to both ancient wisdom and emerging forms of consciousness. Alan approaches spirituality as an embodied, relational practice- one that honors the interconnectedness of mind, body, heart, and the living world.
His practices include vibrational meditation, breathwork, conscious Nature walking, shadow work, and respectful engagement with ancestral and Earth-based wisdom traditions. These practices support presence, self-awareness, emotional integration, and personal sovereignty.
Alan brings an uplifting, fun, wise and grounded energy everywhere he goes. He holds space with humility, compassion, and authenticity, inviting dialogue, reflection, and shared exploration. Alan's welcoming, inclusive and encouraging presence invites us to explore our own paths, listen deeply, and grow together in love, reverence, and mutual respect.
