Why Are We Jazzed About “30 Days of Gratitude”?

  • The holiday season and winter months can often feel overwhelming, stressful, and challenging for many…

  • This offering fosters joy, hope, peace, and contentment during a what can feel like a difficult time of year!

  • Gratitude practices can transform how we relate to ourselves, each other, and life's challenges.

The Power of Gratitude

  1. Gratitude increases people’s willingness to help others, including strangers (Psychological Science).

  2. A 2025 PNAS meta-analysis of 145 studies showed gratitude practices consistently improve overall well-being and positive emotions.

  3. Group accountability makes building a daily gratitude habit much easier.
